The adult pools are pretty heavily policed. The hotels dont need to be sued. All of them have an "amnesty box" before you enter the pool where you can dump any drugs or paraphernalia before entering and getting searched.

Jason, there will be no hearing today (Saturday). He posted bail, so if charges are filed, it would be 30-60 days from now, depending on the arraignment date.
